When you are ready to place an order for your precious stone or jewel, please contact our customer service.

- You will need to know the shape and weight of the diamond you wish to purchase along with the proper shipping information.

- All sales are subject to availability. You will know what you are buying at ABOUT DIAMOND because each diamond sold is accompanied with a Certificate (HRD, EGL, IGI, GIA, AGS).

A presentation of stones will be made in our offices before you make a selection.

- Concerning, custom made ring, choose the stone you are looking for and send us by mail or by fax the picture of the setting. The finished jewel should be ready to wear in the two weeks of placing the order (your ring size is important).

MODES OF VAT : Professionals (jewelers) : Sale excludes VAT.

- Please get the relevant information from local customs to know which import charges you will have to pay.

You are welcomed to visit our offices in Paris, Antwerp, Geneva and Miami.

FREE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Upon receipt of your order and credit approval, ABOUT DIAMOND will insure and ship your stone at no charge to you. Your diamond will arrive registed – insured mail or FEDEX insured. All orders are processed within 24 hours for a completed order. You will receive an order confirmation providing you the confidence that your diamond is on its way.

PAYMENT

ABOUT DIAMOND accepts payment by bank wire transfer, cashier-certified and personal checks, cash on delivery (C.O.D.), credit card (VISA,MASTERCARD).

- All payments are subject to verification and clearance prior to shipment.

- A 2% discount will be applied toward your purchase for bank wire transfer.

- You need to deposit 30% of the invoice if you order a custom made ring which is paid in C.O.D.

All shipments of diamonds arrive with our 15-day money back guarantee. If your are not completely satisfied with your diamond or your jewel for any reason, you must call our customer service staff within 7 days from your recept of your precious stone or jewel. BEFORE YOU SEND THE DIAMOND or THE JEWEL BACK, You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our customer service staff. A special packaging will be sent to you.

The annual maintenance of your jewel is made free by ABOUT DIAMOND : polish, cleaning, setting verification.

Actualization of the Insurance evaluation of stones or jewels is offered by ABOUT DIAMOND.
